✨ Provide clear, transparent pricing starting from $300 (that’s less than courthouse fees)

✨ Send a draft of the wedding ceremony script for your approval

✨ Bring my own Signing table, microphone and speaker.

And then there are all the little things — the calm guidance, the behind-the-scenes organisation, and the thoughtful touches that help make your wedding day memorable for all the right reasons.

Since my very first wedding 3 years ago I’ve been adding charms to this bracelet. Each one is chosen with careful consideration so that when I see it I’m reminded of the beautiful people I’ve met and married.

Next week I’ll add my last charm to this one and start fresh for September.

A little while ago I shared photos of preparations for a sand pouring ceremony. This is how it turned out …

Each person in the family took turns to pour their sand into a shared vessel to represent their unique individuality. Together, the sand forms something beautiful and inseparable, just like a family. It's a touching symbol of unity and love.

The guests were also invited to put some sand into the bottle along with a wish or blessing and this was used for the last layer 💖

I had the privilege of officiating two beautiful weddings last month at locations that truly highlight how spoilt for choice we are in the Mackay region.

Although the backdrops were different - Cape Hillsborough beach and the Botanic Gardens, the atmosphere was the same 💖 Each ceremony was a heartfelt celebration of the love the couples have for each other, shared with the ones who love them most.

Congratulations to these couples and thank you for choosing me to be your celebrant.
