Don’t miss out on a special evening full of all our favourite things. Smoke, meat, fire, craft beer and boutique wine. We start off with treats off the grills, whilst enjoying a glass of bubbles or craft beer. Then the fun begins… Alana will be grilling up a tantalizing menu that will include things you’ve tried and of course things you haven’t. We’ll have wild go

at, venison, roo, alpaca, rabbit and boar, just a sneaky hint on how this evening will pan out. Our garden vegetables cooked on coals all matched to Creed wines. We’ll finish with some local cheeses and a whole lotta dancing. Live music and lots of fun interacting with the winemaker and the chef! A spectacular long table feast with food, wine and fire. Burning of the Barrels - our ode to the end of vintage and our last Clare Valley Gourmet event for 2025.

This last fortnight had been wild
Incredible events
From a 80s themed 50th, to a private dining experience in the hills for 8. Two events, including a lunch with . To a feast for 180 yesterday. Major car issues, with numerous supportive friends coming to the rescue. I truly am so very lucky.

I'm so thankful to the team, which included two of the most talented chefs of the Barossa. and , and a very professional front of house crew.
I've got one more trip to do, then I'm going to light a little fire, pour a glass, and sit down for a bit.
