18 years ago today, I got the letter that would change the trajectory of my life. 🤍
I became an Authorised Celebrant!
Back then, there were limits on the number of celebrants who could be appointed, so I had to wait until a spot became available. It took more than a year from applying to finally receiving that letter, and I remember how exciting it was when it arrived. had no idea then just how much that decision would shape my life.
Eighteen years later, I’m a full-time wedding celebrant, I’ve married more than 850 couples, stood beside people on some of the biggest days of their lives, met incredible people and built a career I genuinely love. I really can’t imagine doing anything else.
That letter was worth the wait. 🤍
