Empire may well be the first facility in Brisbane that has highly skilled Strength + Conditioning Coaches programming + facilitating Classes while offering 1 on 1 Personal Coaching for Beginners, all the way through to Athletes. We are about long-term solutions for our Client's goals which are not only practical & anecdotal, but sustainable & realistic. All Abilities Strength Divisions are available at Empire's Event on Saturday 26th October
This year's qualifying rounds are back on the 26th and 27th of October. is an amazing inclusive Strongman Competition to try out the sport of Strongman. All abilities have a safe and inclusive division to compete in.
Every Static Monsters event can host but we would like to offer special mention to The Empire Bodyshop

2024 Yoke Challenge is less than 24 hours away + we are exploding with gratitude for all the incredible humans that continue to step up to support this Challenge every year!
Alongside our Fam in Caboolture, we will be running 4 Yokes at Empire kicking off at 8am tomorrow (Northside also running 4 Yokes 🙌 kick off at 7am)
For some, this is their first time, for others this is their 3rd.
It's simply mind blowing watching how far this has grown since its inception in 2021 by P + Boss Brad + how many know full well the difficult task ahead, but sign back up anyway 🔥
It's about carrying the weight of something bigger than us, for 5 hours ~ which is only a drop in the ocean for those in our families + communities who have suffered or are suffering.
The journey out of darkness is not one we should or can do alone, it takes a Village + with every year we do this, we hope to inspire more of our Strong Tribe to get involved.
In AU we aim to raise as much awareness + funding for who are instrumental in their research + access to Mental Health services that our people so desperately need.
If you'd like to get involved, there are multiple locations across Australia + the World who are hosting their own Yoke Challenge between July 1st + November 30th 🖤

There are 2 ways that You can join the Empire Crew;
If You know an existing Empire Crew member or a member of the Empire Coaching Team, get in touch with them & ask them to meet with an Empire Coach.
Alternatively, contact directly one of the Empire Coaches to have your request to join the Empire Crew, reviewed & attend an Introductory Interview with Empire’s Lead Coach.
There are no Classes on Empire’s schedule that are too difficult for any of our Clients to participate in.
Irrespective of Age, Fitness Level or Pre-Existing Injuries, The Empire Bodyshop Coaches are geared with a myriad of techniques & strategies to ensure all Clients are challenged, new techniques are learned & each of our Clients (also referred to as The Empire Crew) feel a sense of inclusion & achievement at the end of every single Class.
