Yesterdays wedding was full of love. A small intimate group of family and friends came together to witness Steve Craft & Cath Adams become husband & wife.
We all know how hot the weather can be in Dunalley, and yesterday was no exception. An amazingly beautiful 12 midday wedding, situated in front of the Bangor Vineyard, by the time I was back in the car, my car read over 40 degrees.
Sparkling wine and oysters were consumer at the conclusion of their ceremony, Steve’s mum was live streamed in from the UK and Steve’s sister travelled from the UK, for a few days, to share in the celebrations.
There was also a very special moment as Cath was escorted in by her very close friend, a handsome young man, Will, who plays such a huge part in Cath’s life…my own little granddaughter ’Dolcie’, was the only attendant, she played her part as flower girl so beautifully, spreading gum leaf confetti and handing out the bubbles to blow for a bit of fun, while the signing took place.
Cath’s mum & dad had the honour of signing all the legal paperwork, while the bride & grooms sisters held the wedding rings.
A toast to Steve & Cath and a round of cheering, concluded their ceremony, before the luncheon took place.
Lil Dolcie & I went back to the Dunalley fish market to indulge in the ‘best’ fish and chips ever. Dolcie’s mum & dad were guests, so we were allowed to play up 🤭
Steve & Cath, beautiful memories were made, you are now husband and wife, but most of all…thank you, it was an honour being your Celebrant…..❤️❤️❤️
