Hello lovely friends, we thought we should introduce the faces behind Gather & Graze
We’re Tegan and Laura, although you’ll hear Laura called Moz 99% of the time.
We’re both boy mums (Moz has three almost 10, 6 and 2, Tegan has nearly 6-year-old twins).
We actually met at our corporate job and still work part-time in banking.
Moz also lives her best life as your friendly neighbourhood Thermomix consultant.
We were both the “can you put a platter table together for this event?” friends. So when the opportunity came to take over this beautiful business from Katie, it was the most obvious yes of our lives.
For us, Gather & Graze is not just about food. It’s about:
• helping people slow down
• creating a connection
• showing off all the goodness that Tassie grows and makes
• and taking the pressure off hosting so you can actually enjoy your people
A little about us:
Tegan: grew up in the kitchen with her mum who is a chef, so flavour, baking bread and those little finishing touches are her love language.
Moz: moved out at 18 with no cooking confidence, once made a minestrone that could have fed a small village, and now feeds a family of five like a queen. The Thermomix boosted her confidence and from there came her love for building platters.
We are deeply passionate about supporting local growers, makers and small businesses. It matters to us.
It’s part of our DNA.
Also, in full honesty, at our first event, we forgot about a quarter of what we needed.
Knives. Salmon. Macarons.
We just looked at each other, laughed, and drove back home.
Now we have lists. Many lists.
