After travelling overseas and working together for some time, we made the decision to come home to Tasmania to work and raise our family. After some time finding our feet working in local Launceston restaurants and cafes, an opportunity presented itself for us to own our very own business. We took over ownership of Watsons Fine Food in 2017, now lovingly known as Valley Bakehouse. Since this time,
