October is here and although this year has flown Christmas is in the stores and apon us.
Starting to thing of my Festive Winterland and gathering some more stock to expand the snow capped Forrest and real sleds 😊!!

Last day of term 3 for our teen program!

We came together for a campfire dinner and toasted marshmallows!

After 6 weeks of being these teens together it was the perfect way to finish!! It really is amazing how much the group has grown and developed in just 6 weeks!

All teens are super keen to continue and behind the scenes I’m looking into ways to make that happen! Hoping for an 8 week program next term to continue working with this wonderful group. Continue to work on building self esteem, self autonomy and friendships. 😊

It’s been such an amazing 6 weeks. 😊

One of my favourite things about my little biz is where I work out of. I love the space so much, as do all my visitors!

So much room for outdoor activities!!
Whether it be guided activities or Nature exploration it’s a great place to free in SPACE!!!

First session of the holidays!!
A little technical challenge with this project but we got there in the end!! 😊
Made a day of it with maccas for lunch!!

Always great to finish the term with a campfire!!
The weather was testy and we made the pizza calzones inside. However, it cleared up perfectly to get a half hour of toasting marshmallows and having some fun around the campfire!!

I love this space and the nature play and exploration I watch unfold here!! Little piece of magic in the middle of Lara! 😊

And just as this group loves!! A good photoshoot opportunity! 😂😂

This week at Stitch and Switch!

I started my small business “Stitch and Switch” to create a community Safe place for all! With neurodiversity in mind the sessions are capped at 10 per session to avoid overwhelm. My goal has always and still is to create a comfortable “Safe Space” for all to enjoy. A space with wellbeing and creative fun.
