🌸 Jar SOS! 🌸
We’re on the hunt for jars—especially tall passata jars, but the standard sizes like the one pictured are also very welcome!

If you’ve got a stash collecting dust at home, or heading to the recycle bin, we’d love to give them a second life filled with flowers 🌿 Just drop them off at our stall, The Potting Shed, or on one of our doorsteps. No need to remove the labels—we’ve become pros at that part 😉

Season Update 🌸

A quick little update from the patch! Now that we’re well into winter, most of our flowers have finished up or gone to sleep for the season. That means we’ve paused florist orders until spring — but it’s giving us time to get heaps of new seedlings in the ground and give the patch some TLC (and yes, the weeding never ends!).

We are still picking though! There are plenty of beautiful poppies, small numbers of some of our regulars, and this year we’ve got something new — our natives are starting to bloom! Bunches are more limited than usual, so our stall won’t be as full, but if you’re after a bunch just send us a message and we’ll be sure to find some stunning seasonal blooms!

It’s a quieter kind of busy on the farm right now — lots happening behind the scenes (let’s not forget all the dahlias to be divided!!). A good time to slow down a little and really connect with the seasons 🌿

Ranunculus corms available now!

Looking to up your Mother’s Day game? These corms make the perfect addition to any bouquet.

We’ve got a gorgeous mix of single and double corms in a variety of vibrant colours — just $15 for a pack of 10.

Now’s the ideal time to plant!
Our tip: Soak the corms for an hour, then plant them 5cm deep with the claws facing down. Come spring, you’ll be rewarded with a stunning display of flowers.

Potted heirloom chrysanthemums have hit stall and will be heading to this morning!

$20 each, these beauties bring so much joy in the garden, and make a perfect Mother’s Day gift!

Lots of different varieties including Seaton’s J’adore, Falls Lovely, Baltic Salmon and Cherry Ripe, along with lots of other unnamed varieties.

18th Birthday flowers for beautiful Issy!

White and green garden party was the vibe! We created some large vases, and provided diy buckets for the smaller table decorations. How stunning did it all look! We are loving doing small events! 🤍💚

Yellow Feverfew!

We have some pots available at the stall this weekend! This pretty perennial is super easy to look after, just pop it in the garden, and give it a trim once the flowers die back. It will reward you with spring blooms, and if you keep deadheading it will keep flowering up until winter! $10 each!

Valentine’s Day is this Friday and if you are a local looking for a bunch, please reach out and order ASAP as flowers are limited. We hope to have bunches available at the stall and on the day, but to guarantee getting your hands on a bunch, pre-ordering is definitely a must!
