Mark your calender 📅 Diwali is around the corner ✨️

Diwali, also called Deepavali, is the Festival of Lights, one of the most widely celebrated festivals in India and among Indian communities worldwide. The name comes from Sanskrit words meaning a row of lamps.

The festival broadly symbolizes light overcoming darkness, knowledge overcoming ignorance, and good overcoming evil. People commonly celebrate by lighting small oil lamps called diyas, creating colorful rangoli designs, decorating homes, sharing sweets and gifts, wearing festive clothes, gathering with family, and performing prayers or religious ceremonies.

Diwali celebrations generally span five days, with the principal Diwali night falling on the new moon during the Hindu lunar month of Kartika, usually in October or earlt November. 🪔

For this shopping centre activation, the brief was to transform a cookbook concept into something
customers could actually step into, interact with and experience.

From the initial 3D visualisation, we worked through the design and fabrication process to create the
finished oversized cookbook activation, complete with integrated recipe card displays and branded
elements.

Because the best part of a render isn't seeing it on a screen. It's seeing it standing in the real world.

What if a recipe book became the display? 📖

For this recent Two Good activation at Moonee Ponds Central, we took the concept of a recipe book and turned it into a fully dimensional 3D walk-up display.

Designed to look like an oversized recipe book, the display featured functional recipe-card holders so shoppers could browse, grab a recipe and take a little inspiration home with them.

From initial concept to final installation, every detail was custom designed to make the activation feel on-brand, interactive and impossible to miss.
