Congdon’s Cove’s Award winning plum pudding’s are easy heat and eat.
Just cut off a slice & microwave for 30 seconds in the microwave, alternatively, the whole pudding can be boiled in its bag for 1 hour, before serving.
We steam our puddings for 8 hours after soaking the fruit for a minimum of 2 weeks in sparkling wine & cinnamon spiced brandy so they are already cooked.
We are able to ship our quality products around Australia from $10.00.

We will be at the Mount Claremont Farmers Market every Saturday Morning 7.30-11.30am till Christmas, as well as the Old Perth Markets @ Bassendean, Twilight Market on Saturday 21st December 5.30-9.30 pm. All orders can be placed for pick up right up till xmas eve, from our address in Morley, if required.

This Birthday Cake was commissioned by Jade for her Mum's 50th Birthday Celebration. Jade's Mum grew up near the River Spey in Scotland, and she wanted a cake to depict her Mum as a little girl near the River Spey, with her black dog, she told me the houses were old and that the landscape was very green. Underneath this work of art was a delicious vanilla cake covered in our famous buttercream, finished off with fondant icing. Everything on this cake was handmade by Maree.
