There is so much unspoken pressure to look like you’re thriving, to love every single second, and to “have it all together” after having a baby. Because of that, it can feel incredibly lonely, and sometimes even embarrassing, when reality feels different.
If you are feeling anxious, resentful, deeply overwhelmed, or like you don’t recognize yourself right now, please know this: you have absolutely nothing to be ashamed of. Admitting that motherhood is hard doesn’t mean you don’t love your baby. It just means you are human.
You also shouldn’t have to wait months for support when you are struggling today. To make care accessible when you actually need it, my session fees are priced to match the typical out-of-pocket ‘gap’ payment you would pay to see a psychologist. You get the same affordable rate, but with zero waitlists and immediate, compassionate support.
My practice is a completely judgment-free zone.
Whether you are dealing with scary, intrusive thoughts, processing a birth that didn’t go to plan, or simply feeling lost, you can bring all of those heavy, messy feelings here. You don’t have to clean them up or put on a brave face for me.
I offer quiet, private in-person counselling sessions, as well as telehealth options if leaving the house feels far too daunting right now. When you’re with me, you are safe to say the things you’ve been too afraid to say out loud.
If you’re ready to take that first step, you can book privately via my website and if that feels too official, please just send me a DM. We can have a quiet, confidential chat to see how I can support you. ✨
