Our wait staff play such an important role in every event we cater.

They’re often the face of the service, making sure everything runs smoothly while creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest.

The most incredible people to work alongside, they bring energy, commitment and professionalism to every single catering job and are amazing at handling dietary requirements with confidence and care.

They give their all, support each other, and still manage to have fun along the way.

We love serving food that’s fresh, full of flavour and made with care.

Our bruschetta is always cut and prepared onsite, keeping it fresh, and it's a favourite with guests all year round.

Chloe and Travis celebrated their wedding at the beautiful The Farmer’s Daughter in February, surrounded by stunning views and great company.

They went with a menu of roaming canapes and fresh pizzas, which kept everyone happy and well fed.

It was a pleasure to be part of their day 🤍

It feels like a while since we’ve served our mini meals at a wedding, so it was special to serve them at Amber and Leroy’s beautiful celebration last Friday.

Our chicken sliders and fries were a hit, paired perfectly with the open lamb souvlaki - fresh, flavourful and ideal for a relaxed wedding vibe.

These mini meals are such a great way to keep guests satisfied throughout the night while they celebrate, mingle and soak up every moment with the couple.

One of my favourite cold canapes has to be our roasted pumpkin and feta tarts.

Sweet roasted pumpkin with that salty, bitey feta, all in a little savoury tart shell - such a simple combo but always a crowd favourite!

They’re super versatile too, and we can easily tweak them to suit different dietary needs.

These were served at Jane and Anthony’s 60th and went down a treat.

Our skewers are always a crowd favourite at our events, available in both mini and larger sizes to suit any style of catering.

With options like honey soy chicken, satay chicken, gyros chicken, lamb backstraps, garlic prawns and american bbq beef, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Cooked fresh off the BBQ, each skewer is served hot, tender and packed full of flavour.

Jess and Tom had a pretty stressful lead up to their wedding, with the uncertainty surrounding the Longwood fires at the time.

We were all so relieved when everything went ahead as planned and they were able to celebrate the day they had hoped for with their family and friends.

For their menu, we served a delicious range of roaming canapes, sliders and skewers - the perfect combination for a relaxed celebration filled with great food and plenty of mingling.

We were ready for a fresh upgrade and needed something durable and lightweight to wear through long catering days - but that still looked great too.

Finished with local embroidery by , they’re practical, professional and a perfect fit for our team.
