We had a fun night at the Upper Murray Providore last night, thanks to Matt and Tracey and everyone who came down for dinner.
Lots of people trying my food for the first time which is great to see!
Here is a picture of my new dish, Prawns with Tamarind sauce - "ridiculously good!" said a Corryong local who knows their food!
This will be available in Khancoban on Friday night along with a salmon version - tamarind is a delicious mix of sweet, sour and tangy.
