Last night Dylan & I attended the Australian Women’s Small Business Championship Awards as finalists in the Florist category.
This was huge for me as anyone that knows me know I find it hard to put myself out there for awards or any attention really… major social anxiety over here! But what a night! Although Wilde Ivy didn’t take the win, we had a ball (the free bubbles might have helped 🤣)
I met some of the most beautiful people I’ve ever met, I was inspired by so many beautiful women and the stories they shared and I realised it’s ok to be proud of yourself and celebrate your achievements, which is something I’ve always found quite difficult.
I also realised how incredibly amazing it was to be there at all so many people had flown in from all over the country, 3500 entries across Australia and little Wilde Ivy among them as a finalist was a very proud moment.
I also just wanted to thank you guys for all your love and support, it really is appreciated and for a little shop in Katoomba to be placed as a finalist on a national level isn’t possible without a great community behind it.

Cheers 🥂

A little shout out to Tina Hessell for working her magic on me x

It was a true misty mountains weekend this week and we had the pleasure of creating this bouquet of Anemones, Cala Lilies, Playa Blanca Roses, Gum, Wax Flowers & Jasmine for Nardia & Rick’s intimate wedding.
