Here’s a quick guide to all the classes we offer at the Katanning Leisure Centre 💪✨

Take a look through each description to find the perfect fit for your fitness goals, experience level, and schedule. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up, there’s something here for everyone!🤍

Amped Up -
Our 45-minute circuit class offers a sequence of exercises; each performed for a set duration before transitioning to the next. This high-intensity format is designed to keep participants engaged and challenged, promoting continuous progression while enhancing strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

HIIT Circuit -
Our 30-minute circuit class features a dynamic sequence of high-intensity exercises, designed to keep you engaged and challenged while improving strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

Pilates-
A 45- Minute Pilates on a mat that focuses on controlled movements, core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. It doesn’t rely on machines or weights—instead, your own body provides the resistance.

Pilates - Strength-
A 45-Minute Pilates with added weights builds on the same principles as traditional bodyweight Pilates—control, alignment, breathing, and core engagement—but introduces external resistance to increase strength and intensity.

Pilates- Tone-
A 45-Minute Pilates tone using resistance bands to create constant tension in the muscles, helping to build strength, definition, and control without heavy weights.

Youth Tone & Sculpt-
A 30-minute low-impact strength & conditioning class designed to build full-body muscle tone, by using controlled movements with light hand weights & resistance bands.

Vinyasa Yoga-
An hour flow designed Yoga session to build strength, flexibility, and calm the mind.
