Because caterers need big numbers to make it worth their while. Private chefs need big budgets. Restaurants need their table back in 90 minutes.

Dinner Club was designed for exactly the size gathering that fell through the cracks. And for friends that wanted to really enjoy each others company without rushing.

Can I be honest about something?

"We should do this more often" is the biggest lie we tell the people we love.

Not because we don't mean it. Because we do. But then someone has to organise it, someone has to cook, someone has to host — and slowly, Friday night drinks at a bar becomes the path of least resistance. Again.

Dinner Club, Delivered exists for the group that actually wants to follow through.

Every season, a brand new menu drops. You pick a date. Everyone pays their share (think of it like splitting a night out — nobody carries the whole thing). It gets delivered to the host's door Friday afternoon, 90% done, with everything they need to finish and serve it.

No one stuck in the kitchen. No one hosting on repeat. Rotate houses. Make it your thing.

This is what a 50th birthday looks like when the food becomes a part of the celebration.

Not a platter from the deli.

Not a board that looks amazing for 5 minutes and then looks like a half eaten mess.

A fully styled grazing table.

Made from scratch. Set up for you. Beautiful from the first guest to the last bite.

Full of house-made elements not just cold meats, cheese and dips from the deli.

House-made focaccia. Salmon rilette. Chicken and tarragon rilette. Olive and date tapenade. Slow roasted tomatoes with whipped feta. Sicilian caponata. Chargrilled vegetables with basil pesto.

Every element made in my kitchen. Every platter, board and floral included.

You walk in, it’s already there. You don’t touch a thing.

That’s a grazing table experience. And it’s available for your next birthday.

I cook it. I pack it. I deliver it - 90% done, with clear instructions to finish it off so you genuinely can’t mess it up.

Arrives Friday. You decide the rest — Friday night, Saturday soirée or a long lazy Sunday feast.


Current menu: An Italian Affair
Antipasti - Sicilian caponata, cured meats, provolone, marinated olives, fruit & fresh baguette.
Mains – Herbed ricotta cannelloni in mafalti sauce, my famous meatballs with basil oil, caprese salad, roasted vegetable salad, broccolini with lemon + chilli and rosemary focaccia.
To finish: Individual tiramisu served in a glass.

BYO wine. Shoes optional. Memories guaranteed.
Min 6 people. $75 per person, 3 courses.
