🩸Blood donations made today buy Reg and our president Teresa Read saying "it's a joyful experience to give."
We cooked good old B & E sandwiches for those donating blood, the staff and crew at Star FM Radio and The Entrance Leagues Club.
It was a great morning 🌄

An impressive speaker joined our breakfast 🍳 meeting on Friday.

Phil Bligh, a founding member of the Coasts infamous "5 Lands Walk'.

The walk began in 2006 with 700 walkers. Last year there were 20,000 walkers supported by 700 volunteers 🙋‍♂️ 🙋‍♀️ WOW 🎉

The "5 Lands Walk" is a festival to highlight Sports and Art united with Aboriginal culture.

Join in the celebrations of its 20 year anniversary.

Hi community, The "5 Lands Walk" is approaching quickly. Organiser Phil Bligh is our guest speaker this week at our regular 7am Friday Breakfast. Guests are welcome. So, if you are interested to attend and hear of the changes for this years walk on June 20th, please comment below.

Here's our guys, Gavin & Reg, off to the Second Bite warehouse and cold store in Penrith. They bring back groceries and give it to The Kariong Neighbourhood centre. They then give it out to the needy on Wednesday in Kariong.
It's the little things that help community.
