🐥The coconut chicken. The more popular style in Australia - The paste made from scratch with free-range chicken and homemade chicken stock, coconut cream and a twist of lime. Topped with , sprouts, herbs and tofu puffs.

🥬 The vegan assam. This style, albeit traditionally made with fish is most popular in Malaysia. This vegan veggie broth is made with a homemade paste and lots of tamarind and homegrown laksa leaf. It's sour, spicy and lip smackingly delicious! Laden with veggies and topped with fresh herbs, sprouts, tofu puffs and add extra chicken or prawns if you so wish!
