What an amazing day we have all had at Citrus Fest at the Kangaroo Valley hall. The hall is beaming with the beautiful center pieces made by our lovely volunteers and beautiful flowers from wattlewood_floral

It broke my heart moving to the valley and seeing so much beautiful produce go unused year after year, especially when I’ve spent my entire career building systems to prevent exactly this kind of waste.Long before creating The Valley Table, I’ve been part of Australia’s sustainability movement, co-founding social enterprise Two Good Co. and working with the Youth Food Movement.
