Toasted Wattleseed brings something unmistakably local to this glass!
Earthy, and gently smoky, this native ingredient pairs beautifully with bourbon, drawing out its warmth while adding a unique savoury fragrance.
For this new winter cocktail at Anvers, the bourbon is fat-washed, softening its sharper edges and giving the drink a richer, more rounded texture, while orange bitters add depth, spice and balance. The flavour is finished with a Toasted Wattleseed tincture.
