This Pinot Noir day, we're celebrating our first-ever vintage of this cool climate beauty!

Estate-grown, handpicked and crafted for savoury sipping, our 2025 Pinot Noir leans into its prettiness but doesn’t forget where it came from.

Aromatics led by wild strawberries before a gentle earthy edge creeps in, with violets fluttering in the background, and a dusting of savoury spice adding intrigue.

On the palate it’s all crunch and clarity—fresh, vivid fruit with a real sense of energy. There’s a forest floor nuance threading through the core, keeping the brightness in check, before it tapers into something more savoury and faintly ferrous on the finish.

Tucked behind a hillside sits a gateway to another realm of our estate. Once a historic goldmine, now home to treasures of another variety.

Dark, cool and full of the unique earthy character that makes our farm so special, this space has been reimagined by our culinary team as another way to tell the stories of our home through flavour.

Behind the gate and through the narrow tunnel you will now find a thriving fungi mini-farm, producing special varieties which are hand-harvested and prepared with care as part of our regional dining experience.
