Hi everyone, we've had to make the decision to cancel our Aussie Hoops sessions this Sunday 4th December due to road closures around the basketball stadium precinct for the St Barbara's Parade.

With a lot of larger vehicles marshalling in the area including our carpark and our members also having involvement in the parade, it made sense to cancel the sessions.

We will however be back on court next weekend at our normal time of 9:30am!

Looking forward to seeing you on court next weekend!

Registrations Now Open!!!

Hi everyone, the registration link for Term 4 is now open.

It will run for 7 weeks over Term 4, commencing Sunday 30th October at 9:30am.
Cost is $70 and new players will have to purchase a participants pack additionally.

Apologies for the delay in getting this finalised but we had to wait on clarifications for our local basketball competitions before confirming times and dates.

As per Term 3. Basketball Australia has changed over to PlayHQ now for Aussie Hoops registrations, if you encounter any registration issues, please let us know.

𝗪𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁!!!

As part of our redevelopment of the Niels Hansen Basketball Stadium, the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder are seeking feedback on a proposed permanent partial road closure of Outridge Terrace to support the upgrade and expansion of the Kalgoorlie Basketball Association facility.

We need your support to ensure the voice of our members, both past and present is heard to ensure we get the road closure and we can commence our redevelopment of our ageing facility.

We have the funding, we just need to secure the land to commence the planning!
We have tried other avenues for land, but they have unfortunately fallen through.

We are asking all of our members, supporters and the greater Kalgoorlie-Boulder community to take a moment of their time to support us and submit their view.

Due to a bus issue for the visiting Cockburn Cougars, the NBL1 West have made the decision to delay both games tonight to give them time to finish their journey to Kalgoorlie and prepare for their games.

New game times are as follows.

Women - 6:30pm
Men - 8:30pm
Gates will still open from 5pm, canteen and bars will still open at their usual times and sponsors meals will still serve at the usual time.

Hi everyone, just an update on the situation that was bought to our attention very late last night and we've been working through that caused the closure of the stadium today.

We will be putting all necessary updates to our social media pages, including this one to keep all of our members informed.

We will keep you all updated and look forward to seeing you out on court again very soon.

Unfortunately there have been several reported positive cases of Covid and potential cases yet to be confirmed originating in the senior competition, likely tracing back from Tuesday 15th February.

Players deemed as close contacts have been advised and have commenced necessary action. As extra precaution the Kalgoorlie Boulder Basketball Association have made the decision to postpone ALL games this week, to allow for contact tracing and until further advice is received.

If you are feeling unwell, please stay at home, get tested and seek further advice from the Health Department.

This is a constantly evolving situation, and it is important everyone is patient while the Health Department investigates. Please direct any enquiries to your clubs as we will be communicating directly with them.
