I think this wedding season caught most of the industry suppliers off guard... too much Covid backlog and flood affected couples... but im please yo say that my last Covid impacted wedding has been delivered.... yeahhhhhh, the rest of the year should be somewhat normal, oh wait... this is the event industry... there is absolutely nothing normal or predictable about it people haha

Stephanie Nha-y Nguyen came to me a long time ago with a dream... like most brides she had a vision... I loved her smile and contagious personality... she is just beautiful... most of all, I loved the trust she had in me to deliver the perfect look... along the way came Covid, the foreclosure of her venue and a few other disheartening moments. So, I was determined to makeup for all the tears she had cried by delivering a magical look that would stay engraved in her heart and mind forever.
The auditorium Brisbane City Hall is huge, so we knew that we needed to go big, and bold. The room was laid out in a unique diamond shape to highlight the tree, our feature in the room. The fabric from the ceiling on either side of the sweetheart table was the perfect touch to draw the attention back to our couple.
Let's not ignore the hanging chandeliers from the canopies on the tables... simply exquisite..
Love these guys... miss them already..

It was wonderful to be back on set last week for this gorgeous room design for Ken and Maria, at the outstanding InterContinental Hotels & Resorts Santuary Cove.
A design three days in the making.
Thank you to my beautiful team for all of your hard work and to the venue managers for your support and flexibility.
The brief was simple: Luxe, bold, sophisticated and magical... in my humble opinion... we nailed it!
