I wish more mums knew they need to get in the photos with their kids.

Your hair's not perfect? Who cares. You've put on a kilo or two? So what. Your clothes aren't Pinterest ready? Nobody minds.

What matters is that you're there.

One day, your kids won't care about your messy bun. They won't care about that extra slice of cake you enjoyed. They'll just be happy they can see you in those moments. Laughing, cuddling, loving them.

So hand the camera over. Book the shoot. Jump in the frame.

You're part of their story too. x

I got to catch up with my adopted family today! It's always a happy occasion. Today we celebrated lil Swayze's 1st birthday in astronaut style!
