Hey my lovelies,

Yeah I'm still here 😉 barely 🫩 I came home from our recent cruise sick with the flu, again 😫

Not just any flu though, I'm sure I contracted John's man-flu 😝

He actually spent his birthday sick in bed poor bu**er. That will teach us for doing 'dry July' on a cruise! 😆

Anyhoo, DM me if you need anything. I'm currently without a voice, from all the coughing, so texting is the only way at the moment...

I've sent the bestie a shopping list to start back on the green juice today... should've started way before now 🫩 but better late than never 😊
