🎨🎈 RIPLEY, YOU BEAUTIFUL LITTLE LEGENDS! 🎈🎨

A HUGE thank you to Ripley Markets and everyone who came out to see us today! 🥰

We had an absolute blast painting faces, twisting balloons and generally causing colourful mayhem!

And can we PLEASE talk about the AMAZING popcorn?! 🍿🔥

Also, those handmade wooden cars were bloody brilliant! 🚗🪵 So much cooler than anything we could make with a balloon… although give us 10 minutes and we’ll probably attempt one. 😂

Thank you to everyone who stopped for a chat, got painted, grabbed a balloon, supported our little business or just came to say hi. ❤️

You guys make dragging an entire circus of balloons and paint around Ripley totally worth it! 😂🎨🎈

We’ll be setting up at Necrosonic Festival bringing the ultimate heavy-metal makeover:
🎨 FACE PAINTING. Turn your face into something that looks like it crawled straight out of the underworld.
✨ GLITTER TATTOOS. Because even metalheads deserve a little sparkle… reluctantly.
🎈 BALLOON TWISTING. Yes. BALLOONS. At a metal festival.

And the best part? No babysitter needed! So there’s officially no excuse to leave the little ones at home. Bring your tiny headbangers down and let them join the chaos. 🤘

We’ve already unleashed face painting and balloons at an all-ages metal event earlier this year with Schema & Diskust, and watching kids AND adults get amongst it was bloody brilliant.

🎈 RESTOCK DAY! 🎈

Our last night event absolutely cleaned us out.

So today we’re refilling the balloon bag with enough colourful rubber noodles to keep the tiny dictators happy.

Because apparently having 47 different colours still doesn’t stop a kid from asking:

“Do you have it in a different blue?”

YES, BOSS. RIGHT AWAY.

Balloons have been sorted.
Colours have been restocked.
The pump has been emotionally debriefed.
And the balloon twister has almost regained feeling in his fingers. 💀😂

A massive thank you to Vivid Kustom Designs for creating our gorgeous Cheek Cheek Boom stickers! 😍 They came out even better than we imagined and we may have spent an unreasonable amount of time just staring at them.

Nothing screams “we have it together” quite like professionally printed stickers covering up the fact that, behind the scenes, we’re held together by coffee, face paint and questionable decisions. 😂🎨🎈

Just a Mum & Dad duo who somehow decided that our weekends needed MORE children, MORE noise and significantly MORE glitter. 😂

We create colourful chaos.
We’re a small family business built from a genuine passion for making kids smile. We pack the car, haul the gear, answer the messages, attend the markets, paint the faces, twist the balloons and then drive home talking about all the hilarious little humans we met that day.

There’s no giant team behind Cheek Cheek Boom.

It’s just us, our paintbrushes, a ridiculous amount of balloons and a whole lot of love for what we do.
And we wouldn’t have it any other way. 💥
