The best thing about working at The Larder is the people you’ll be working with.
Our crew are fabulous, and we need one more. (Also, our owner Wes runs three businesses and is currently trying to be in all of them at once. We’ve explained that this isn’t possible. He remains optimistic.😉)
So: we’re hiring another full-time barista.
Here’s what you’d be walking into. The Larder crew know the regulars by name and by order. They cover each other when we’re flat out. There’s a lot of laughing back there, and the standards are high because everyone actually cares, not because anyone’s shouting.
You’ll be at home on a busy machine. Dialling in as the day shift about. Pouring beautifully with a queue three deep and providing warm, friendly customer service.
Coffee’s the main event, but you’ll also have a say in seasonal specials, keep the bench and stock in order, and help the café tick along day to day.
