Shoalhaven Party Hire is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse Team Member to join our team on a casual basis. Based in Huskisson, this role is integral to ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties including receiving, storing, organising and dispatching party equipment and supplies. This position offers flexibility with casual working arrangements, making it ideal for those seeking part-time or variable hours work. The role is on-site at our Huskisson location.

Key responsibilities
• Accurately recording inventory using warehouse management systems
• Accompanying the team to various event locations and sites across the South Coast and Illawarra regions to assist with the delivery, set up, instillation and removal of Marquee structures, flooring and hire equipment.
• Organising and storing items in designated warehouse locations to maximise space and accessibility
• Picking and packing orders for customer delivery or collection
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
• Conducting regular stock checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
• Assisting with general warehouse maintenance and housekeeping tasks
• Supporting the warehouse team to meet operational targets and deadlines
What we're looking for
• Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry items regularly
• Attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Reliability and punctuality
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction
• Valid Australian driver's licence is advantageous
