🎣 SCHOOL HOLIDAY BARRA MISSION! 🎣

Righto legends… apparently the kids have been left unsupervised for too long, so we’re doing the responsible thing…

LET’S TAKE THEM FISHING! 😂🎣

Monday we’re heading off chasing some freshwater barra in a safe, non-tidal river.

Nice and easy. No tides trying to kill us, no alarm clocks at stupid o’clock and no one needs to pretend they know what they’re doing. 😂

🚤 Launching: 9:30am — gentlemen’s hour.

None of this 4am nonsense. We’re veterans, not bloody athletes. 🤣

📍 Location: Fresh Finess

👊 Vets, non-vets, partners, kids — everyone’s welcome!

Just a social day, a bit of fishing, plenty of sh*t-talking and an excuse to get the kids outside before they completely destroy the house.

And remember the golden rules:

🎣 Catching fish is optional.
👧👦 Bringing the kids is encouraged.

Because sometimes it’s not about catching the biggest barra.

Sometimes it’s about getting people together, having a laugh, giving the kids a bloody good day out, and reminding everyone you don’t need a fancy program or a room full of suits to make a difference.

You just need a few good people, a boat, a fishing rod and someone willing to say…

2. Eligibility: This promotion is open for anyone to choose an option and nominate a High School (Secondary School), located within 1hrs drive from Darwin, NT. Entries representing primary schools will be deemed invalid.
3. Promotion Period: Entries open on 15/9/26 and close at 5pm (ACST) on 6/10/12026.
4. How to Enter: Go to “Amazing XR” on Facebook and find the featured giveaway post pinned to the top of the page. Write in the post comments section a number (1,2,3 or 4) and the name of a High School of your choice. Only one entry per Facebook profile is permitted. A school can be nominated multiple times (by different Facebook users). Entries on shared posts (not the original Facebook post on Amazing XR's page) may not be valid.
5. Prize: One eligible High School will win a free 2hr incursion valued at approximately $600-$1900 (depending on the option chosen). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The winning school will be offered a selection of available dates (between 12/10/26 – 12/11/26) as determined by Amazing XR. The prize includes one 2hr experience for up to 60 students, delivered in rotating group sessions. Exact group size and session lengths vary by activity to match equipment limits.
6. Winner Selection & Publicity: The winning school will be drawn at random on 7/10/2026. The winning voter will be notified via Facebook Direct Message and then the school will be notified of their win. By entering, participants acknowledge and agree that the winning school’s name will be announced and published publicly on our website and social media channels.
7. Final Decision: The promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence or negotiations will be entered into.
