Thank you Darwin for an amazing weekend! PItch Black, Croc Races, and Road Racing Awards Night. We served over 1000 people this weekend and the best compliment we could have received was “you’re machines! I love it and I love how the quality never changes.” We pride ourselves on cooking for you like we would cook for our friends and family (on maybe a slightly bigger scale!)

Three days of prep, chopping firewood, trimming brisket, making BBQ sauce and more, now we're finally ready to roll. Tomorrow B'Rad BBQ is firing up at Pitch Black on RAAF Base feeding all the enthusiasts at the Top End's biggest defence exercise. 🛩️

And we're not stopping there — Sunday it's the Croc Cup Carnival at Berry Springs Tavern 🐊, then Sat 15 August we're saddling up for the Northern Golden Buckle Rodeo at Robbie Robbins Reserve 🐎. Plus weddings and private events happening behind the scenes all month.

Then it’s straight into the Croc Races at Berry Springs Tavern on Sunday, followed by the Northern Golden Buckle Rodeo later this month.

Fighter jets, crocs, weddings and rodeos— how does it get more Top End than that?
