Hey, it's Stewie! I feel like it's time to do an intro. I have run this page for a few years and shown off food pics when I remember to take them or if I'm lucky enough to have a photographer at an event!
But I feel like it's time to showcase why you even follow this page... and it's hopefully what I offer! I am in my 18th year as a chef, which is crazy because I'm in my mid-20s... or 34. You choose!
Having done my training around Victoria under some amazing chefs, and then pushing my own skillset to be the best I could be, I am now in a position to offer catering to all spectrums of events. From a little fine dining experience to a banquet for your 40th or even a multi-day event for 400 people+.
I never shy away from a challenge; in fact, I thrive on it! There is no event I won't do, no style of food I don't try. My point of difference is that I actually care... I still love food... I mean, look at me! And I cook at home still; I even started a food prep business three weeks ago, feel free to check it out .
I get a real kick out of making an event something memorable and something that has personality, and I love working alongside other great vendors and always exchange details with the best ones so that I can help recommend them to you! Because I want you to have the best possible experience, no matter how big or small the event is.
