Today’s prep: rainbow beets roasted low and slow — earthy reds, sweet golds and those insane candy-stripe Chioggias.
Tossed in olive oil, cracked pepper, sea salt and red wine vibegar… simple, vibrant, and absolutely elite.

These beauties are heading into upcoming Stewart’s Catering events — showcasing seasonal, local produce the way it deserves to be served.

Looking for affordable catering? We offer a cost-effective solution for your event.
This weekend gone, we had the pleasure of cooking for Katelyn and Chris at their intimate backyard wedding.
We hired out our bain Marie and serving ware and they served themselves.

Then onto the next one our at Balmoral fot James' 50th dinner party with 80 guests on their stunning property, with roaming canapes and we did the bar too!

We have a few spots left, if you are interested in some catering... we are taking on extra work now!

Having judged the tart competition on Sunday 🏆🥧✨ I had flashbacks to my younger years whipping up lemon curd tarts at Warrenmang Vineyard & Resort 🍋👨‍🍳 … and how easily you can stuff them up 😅 but how damn amazing they are when you nail it! 🤤👌

Please don’t ask for a tart at your next function 🙈… but if you do, I might just have to outsource to the winner of the tart competition because — yummmmo! 😍👏

Hey legends. As i get busier with catering i am looking for more staff who are just looking to either help prep for functions (happy to facilitate getting food handling certification and teach skills etc)
And / or help with the actual events which may include helping plate up food or taking plates out. Cleaning up etc.

If this sounds like something you would be interested in. I have started a group chat i can add you to where I will put dates and details etc for people to either put their hand up for or even get a shift covered.. because life happens.
