At Shack Creations, I strive to deliver a high quality service making Stretch Classical and Romantic Tutus and other Dance wear ready for competitions, solos, recitals, eisteddfods and other performances. Many hours of attention to detail goes into making one off tutus and costumes to create that perfect look for you and your performance. Seamstress and tutu maker, Leanne Swain, from southern Victoria, has fifteen years experience making dance costumes using various patterns by Kwik Sew, McCalls, Tutus by Dani, Jalie, and many others, often combining many different patterns to create that one perfect look.

Miss Macy requested Marino Navy and gold for her new tutu this year. The navy bodice is decorated with a mix of gold Venise and gold sequin lace and is adorned with over 1000 crystals and gems. The 10 layer white skirt graduates to navy to match the leotard.

This Bonnie Blue tutu with silver decoration has headed to South Australia. The ivory and sliver corded lace is adorned with over 970 crystals and gems. The 10 layer cream skirt graduates to Bonnie blue and includes a layer of silver chevron tulle for extra sparkle. The gorgeous back shaping and arm drapes finish the look nicely.

Something a bit different for a Spanish inspired tutu for Elliana. This navy and light blue tutu is decorated with gold trims and over 730 crystals and gems. Small sequin flowers add extra depth to the gems. The 10 layer skirt alternates between light blue and navy and is topped with a layer of navy glitter tulle.

This firey skirt for Miss Lainey will be worn with her own black leotard. The six layer fringe skirt graduates from yellow to orange, red and black, finishing off with hand cut flames adorned with over 430 crystals.

This gorgeous Geranio coloured tutu made its way to sunny Queensland recently. The tutu is decorated with gold sequin lace and adorned with over 900 crystals and gems. The 9 layer white skirt graduates to rose to match the leotard. A diamond tulle layer on the plate adds extra shine.

A cream lace bodice decorated with gold motifs and dusty pink 3D floral lace creates a beautiful vintage feel for Miss Sophie’s tutu. The 9 layer cream skirt features gold glitter tulle and the tutu is finished off with almost 600 crystals and pearls.
