Sometimes the wild throws us a curveball and this year, that curveball is Tropical Cyclone Alfred!

After exploring every possible option for a new date, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel the 2025 edition of the Aus Adventure Expo.

This wasn’t the outcome we’d hoped for. We know this event is more than just a date on the calendar - it’s where the outdoor industry comes alive, where adventurers connect, and where innovation takes centre stage.

But here’s the upside - we’re already charting the course for an epic return in 2026, with a refreshed format in the works, including a dedicated consumer day, designed to deepen connections and expand the adventure even further.

Dear Exhibitors and Visitors,

We have made the difficult decision to postpone the Australian Adventure Expo due to the anticipated severe weather conditions caused by Cyclone Alfred.

This decision has been made in consultation with local authorities and emergency services, with the safety of attendees, exhibitors, staff, and contractors as our highest priority.
