Variety of Gins 2025
We were honoured to be the food partner for Variety of Gins.
Guests sipped on gin cocktails created by some of Tasmania’s finest distillers - McHenry Distillery, Three Cuts Gin and Poltergeist Gin - and enjoyed canapés from Sabre, showcasing local produce, all set to the sounds of the amazing Australian Army Band.

Variety helps Tassie kids who are sick, disadvantaged or living with disability, and at risk of falling through the gaps.

For more than 30 years, Variety has been supporting local kids through their programs and experiences, and individual and community grants. Increasing quality of life, self-esteem, and a sense of belonging.

Simply put, Variety helps kids, be kids.
What this organisation has and does accomplish is nothing short of amazing. We felt honoured to be a part of this event.

Custom Linen - we have been a huge fan of Billie’s work, and it was a no brainer that we NEEDED her to create our wedding linen and signs for us. We feel very fortunate that Billie allowed us to use her epic illustrations, and that she created our wedding linen - filled with all of our favourite eats, drinks, things!! Every wedding needs a super size chomp bar.

The team at Rendr then brought it all to life, in the form of these supersize gorgeous linen tablecloths. 🔥

And of course, Gee (Dear Leone) who created the wedding of our dreams. I look through these photos every day, with the hugest smile. Still pinching myself, that this was our wedding.

We had a love party.
Surrounded by our favourite people, favourite tunes,
and favourite things.
It was important that our wedding day, truly represented who we are. Margaritas to Curly Wurlys to Cheeseburgers.
It far exceeded any expectations that we had for our day.
A day that in our eyes couldn’t have been any better in any way. Our hearts are full. A huge part of that was the team that brought it all together. 🫶🏽

It was a great privilege to be the catering partner for Sullivans Cove Distillery’s 30th anniversary last week, and unveil their newly refurbished distillery in Cambridge.

To commemorate this significant milestone, guests were welcomed into the distillery for a grand reveal event, where they enjoyed four curated canape courses paired with the oldest and rarest whiskies from their museum archive. The musicians of the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra also created an unforgettable experience that highlighted the rich heritage and craftsmanship of Sullivans Cove.
