From running boutique restaurants, Chef de cuisine for Hotels, and managing high volume catering including private special events for up to 2000+ guests. Grumpi discovered a love for American BBQ and decided to share this unique style of cooking. Grumpi's BBQ is based around the American style offset woodfired pit, with the capability of cooking nearly a quarter ton of various products at a time.
