Exciting news… our first dahlia release isn’t far away!

Our early-season sale will land in May/June, featuring a small, carefully selected range of tubers — including the very first release of Kelly’s Lioness. Tubers will be shipped in the weeks following the sale. ✨

Our dahlia cuttings workshop community will get first access, followed by our email subscribers.

If you’ve been curious about cuttings, it’s not too late to learn — our online learning portal walks you through the process step-by-step so you can grow your own with confidence.

The next chrysanthemum on our favourite cut flower list is Falls Lovely. The sweetest little pom (similar sized flowers as feverfew) producing an abundance of flowers. She adds a beautiful airy element to bunches and she looks incredible in a vase on mass. Early flowering and does well in our garden as a perennial.

Next on our list of favourite Chrysanthemum cut flower varieties - Seaton's Jedore. An early - mid bloomer, good stems and productive. Depending on conditions she can be a soft pink - a pastel yellow. A reliable and beautiful bloom.

Chrysanthemums are such a welcome gift at the end of the season. We have grown quite a few varieties over the years. Not all Chrysanthemums make a good cut flower. Here is my guide to the best varieties for cut flowers. The first and one of my favourites is Cherry Ripe. She’s an early-mid bloomer with excellent stems. When pinched out she has an abundance of blooms (spray). She also over winters in the ground quite well. Shes at her best when you plant new cuttings at least every second year. Definitely a keeper in our garden.
