A 121 or “One to One” is a planned meeting with another member of your chapter or from another chapter to get a deeper understanding of each other’s businesses.

TYFCB is an acronym for “thank you for closed business”.

Cool story bro, why should I care?

Both of these actions are measurable and accountable. Being in a structured business group means we have committed to the givers gain concept and a commitment to gaining business for each other.
