Coming up at HIRL this Sunday (27th September) 🌿
Centre of Calm Hamilton’s next Sound Journey will be held in the Bandicoot Room. Details below 👇

A sound journey is a beautifully relaxing way of opening the door to positive change by allowing you to access the part of you deeply connected to the universe and everything within. People often leave a session feeling more in tune with themselves, calmer, and lighter.

Join us for our next session to experience the benefits only a sound journey can bring. 10:30am, Sunday 27 September 2026
Bandicoot Room at Hamilton Institute of Rural Learning (HIRL),
333 North Boundary Road, Hamilton VIC 3300.
Space is limited, so bookings are essential.
Message us on Facebook to reserve your place. $25 per person.

The session runs for about 60 minutes. We ask you to arrive approx. 10 minutes prior to settle in so we can start on time. Afterwards we encourage you to stay for quiet reflection. Doors close when the session begins. To avoid disturbing the group, late arrivals won’t be admitted and are invited to join our next session.
