Thank you, Gympie! ❤️

We truly appreciate your support and patience during today’s lunch service!

We experienced an unexpected lunch rush today, with larger orders than we’d usually see on a Monday. On top of that, we were short-staffed, which made things even more challenging.

Safe to say, this was our busiest Monday lunch ever! Honestly, we weren’t prepared for the volume of orders that came through, which resulted in longer wait times for both ordering and food to be served.

Our small team tried our best to keep things running smoothly, juggling serving customers, preparing food and clearing tables as quickly as we could.

As a small business, we are incredibly grateful for your support, patience and kindness. It truly means the world to us. ❤️ We understand that not everyone had a great experience today, and we’re genuinely sorry for the frustration and long waits.

Today has been a big learning experience for our little team, and we’ll take what we’ve learned to improve and do better next time.

Thank you for bearing with us, supporting our small business and showing us so much kindness. We’re so lucky to be part of the Gympie community! 🫶

Not your average fried chicken! 🍗🔥

Our crispy chicken (gà xối mỡ) is marinated in garlicky fish sauce, then fried in beef tallow for that perfectly crispy skin. Served with turmeric rice, fresh salad, garlic sauce and sweet chilli sauce. 🤤
