It was a pleasure to have been chosen to be the celebrant for this awesome young couple on 25/01/2026 at Lake Macquarie Yacht Club, NSW.
I had recommended William for photographing their wedding. His passion for what he does shone through.

This week I was chosen to hold a Celebration of Life for this beautiful lady.
She lived a full life. She loved doing things in her community, especially her arts and crafts, She will be deeply missed by her family and many friends. She was an avid supporter of Camp Quality. Her endless hours of volunteering and fund raising gave her such pleasure. Remembrances can be made to Camp Quality. Rest in Peace Elaine.

If you've been involved in the Podvan community at all (or even if you've just been lurking in the shadows and smiling along), we'd love to see you for a very casual get-together at Lions Park on Gosford Waterfront (Between the Sailing Club and Gosford Pool) on Sunday, December 14th from 12-3pm.

The guys from Kincumber Mitre 10 are coming along with marquees and tables (if I remember to remind them), and you'll be hanging with Julie Goodwin, Kyla, Lee from The Richly Told podcast, Fi from Beyond The Tube podcast, Marcus from the Business Unlocked podcast, The Grumpy Ginger crew, Michael from Archangel Design, Brittany, Harrison, Colin, and SANTA will be there!

There's a lucky door prize of a family pass to Central Coast Aqua Park (which is right next to us) and I'll be announcing a brand new podcast on the day - and introducing you to the host! 👏

Please BYO chairs, extra tables, inflatable animals, camping/picnic gear etc - because you know I'll forget stuff! I'll bring the Podvan and some toons, and I'm trying to get an ice cream truck to swing by! (Anyone got a contact?)

Such a fun afternoon at Voco Kirkton Park Hunter Valley, celebrating National Celebrants Day. Thank you Fiona and Kathy for organising. What a beautiful venue. Great place to hold a wedding too.
