💛 Putting the Feelers Out There 💛

Would anyone be interested in purchasing R U OK? themed sugar cookies? 🍪💛

This is a topic that is very close to my heart, having personally experienced the impact of mental health challenges through my own dad. 💔

I truly believe that checking in on someone shouldn’t just happen on R U OK? Day Sometimes a simple "Are you okay?”, a phone call, a message or just letting someone know you’re there can make such a difference. 💛

I’m thinking of creating some special R U OK? sugar cookies to help spread the message and encourage people to check in on their loved ones, friends, workmates and anyone who may need a little extra support.

🍪 50 cents from every cookie sold will be donated to the R U OK? Foundation, helping support their work in encouraging meaningful conversations and supporting people through difficult times.

So, before I start making them, I’d love to know… would you be interested in purchasing some?💛
