VENUE SPOTLIGHT | SOFITEL BRISBANE CENTRAL 📍

Throughout September, I’m putting the spotlight on some of the venues we work in and sharing a little of what the EES tram see from the exhibition and event delivery side.

First up, Sofitel Brisbane Central.

Sitting right in the heart of Brisbane, it’s a venue we know well, but what we particularly like is the flexibility it gives you when you start thinking beyond simply putting an event into a ballroom.

From conferences and exhibitions to networking spaces, sponsor activations and more intimate events, there are plenty of opportunities to create different experiences throughout the venue.

And from an exhibition supplier’s perspective, we tend to notice the less glamorous things too: access, logistics, bump-in, how spaces connect and whether an event can actually work operationally once the beautiful floorplan meets reality!

Over the next few weeks I’ll share some of the spaces, ideas and little things worth knowing about venues around Brisbane and beyond.

Because choosing a venue isn’t just about where your event fits.

It’s about what you can create once you’re there.
