Heading North to the Sunshine Coast on a special private property. Just an idea for options, check out this set up is in the Hinterland ‘Sunshine Coast” on a four acre family property, the Arbor was made by the Bride from an Indian Dream Catcher strung between two Gum Trees, the seating was made from cushioned Hay Bales and the ‘Bar” and ‘food” facilities hired in for the day, it was an excellent set up as an alternative DIY wedding and for this couple the day was perfect.

Next up is a pretty spot on the beach just over the boarder. Introducing you all to Peppers Salt, On the Beach.
Amazing location was a section of the beach chosen just a little north of the Salt Resort, the Beach itself was pristine, and the Salt Staff absolute gold. They brought out and set the Arbor and seating and made everything so easy and the scenery and Photo opportunities speak for themselves

My fourth recommendation is the Palmer Colonial Golf Course at Robina. The venue is always superbly well presented, the main building is a Colonial Queenslander style great for receptions and photography; the staff are amazing, fully knowledgeable and enthusiastic, I have had the pleasure of performing ceremonies here on multiple occasions and the standards are consistent and high.

Third Venue to introduce you to is once again on the stunning mountain of Tamborine. Eagle Heights Hotel is a favorite destination on Mount Tamborine. The hotel is large with on site accommodation and sweeping hinterland and views all the way to the coast> It has a dedicated Wedding Lawn, again the staff were amazing fully experienced and nothing too much trouble

Next up on my list of favorite is the St Bernard’s, Hotel Mount Tamborine. The Hotel is a traditional style, very well established and has an incredibly comfortable layout. With a view that goes on forever, at the rear of the premises the gardens back onto an escarpment giving amazing views of the hinterland. Make use of the wedding lawns are here and take full value of the beautiful settings and views, weddings and all celebrations are well catered for by highly experienced staff.

Having been a Civil Celebrant operating on the Gold Coast since 2013 I feel in a position to list a number of my favorite Venues and locations where I that I have enjoyed performing Wedding Ceremonies. The Gold Coast is an amazing destination which has a wide variety of wedding facilities, locations and venues, there will be many more than listed here, but, these have been my favorites.

My judgments’ are based on comfort, vibe, staff hospitality and helpfulness, the condition of the premises and ease of location, that’s one thing about the Gold Coast, everything is reasonably handy, so here goes not in any particular order

First up is the beautiful Hope Island Chapel, Intercontinental Hotel Sanctuary Cove

Two of my favourite wedding things - a beautiful venue and dogs. I love this venue InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort and you cannot go past First Class Pet Wedding Assistants for your furbabies care on your wedding day. It’s always a pleasure working with these two

Hi Kylie, wow - what a whirlwind the last fortnight has been!

We wanted to thank you so much for making our day even more special by enabling Murray to come to our wedding at the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove!

He looked so cute in the little bow tie and cuff links (I’m also so impressed with how well you did keeping them on him all day!). We also loved the different signs you brought along for him to wear, it was such a cute touch and has helped create photos and memories we’ll cherish forever.

So many of our guests commented on how well-behaved Murray was at the ceremony and photos and I know that was due to your excellent handling and timely persuasion with treats and toys! You truly are so good at what you do and we appreciate how you kept him occupied and calm during the ceremony and helped focus him for photos. We also appreciate you waiting patiently for us to finish the traditional family/group photos before we could get some with our furry family member!

We also loved being able to look back on the hundreds of photos you took from Murray’s perspective of the day in our private WhatsApp group. It was amazing to have access to these so quickly and they are some of our favourite photos from the day!

We honestly couldn’t speak more highly of the service you offered and will be recommending First Class Pet Wedding Assistants to all of our friends/family for any future weddings (and we do have quite a few coming up in the next year or two!).
