ringing. Back in Spain I worked for several years in the catering and hospitality industry. So when I moved to Australia I followed my passion and went into working at some iconic restaurants, including my tenure as Executive Chef at Mavis Kitchen and Head Chef of Pablo Pablo (Palm Beach). I started The Spanish Catering to share my love of Spanish gastronomy with my Australian friends. I am also Australian Vice-President of Eat Spanish, the largest gastronomic movement of Spanish chefs outside Spain which is focused on creating a new Spanish cuisine away from cliches and outdated stereotypes with a focus on sustainability and collaboration. When I have a break on my busy routine, I like sharing my passion for Spanish food and entertaining on a regular radio program on 4EB, 98.1FM. Its important to me whenever I am working with a client, to make sure that the food is cooked to perfection, that we maintain great attention to detail and that above all, that the customer is always happy.
