When Gene first reached out last year, she told me how much she adored my photos at Wynmere Estate. Fast forward to today, and here they are—flying all the way here from Melbourne to celebrate their intimate wedding surrounded by loved ones.

This pre-wedding shoot, just before their civil registry ceremony in Brisbane, felt like something out of a love story. Every glance, every smile, every touch—they were simply made for each other.

Cristina and Ben’s wedding was hands down one of the most fun weddings we’ve covered this year!
Shoutout to Ben for keeping us entertained and energized all day—basically the unofficial hype man of his own wedding. 😂

And let’s not forget… we went home with full memory cards and full bellies. You guys fed us like kings—10/10 would attend again just for the food. 🙌🍽️ Thanks legends!

Yes, we did a Filipino wedding in Canberra! 🇵🇭✨
Filipino weddings are quite different from Western ones — filled with unique traditions, cultural rituals, and deep-rooted beliefs that add so much depth to the day.

Shooting a full-day Filipino wedding always excites and challenges me. It pushes my creativity and forces me to think outside the box every single time.

Even better? Having an amazing team by your side — talented individuals who help take the entire experience to the next level.

These two made my job so easy. They were the highlight of the day and looked absolutely stunning together!

A wedding no one saw coming!

What everyone thought was Nikki’s 30th birthday turned out to be a surprise wedding for Nikki and James at Burleigh Heads! Guests had no idea that the beautiful setup downstairs was actually for their big day.

Huge kudos to .bybethany for pulling off the ultimate surprise—everything was hidden so perfectly! Capturing the guests’ reactions as they realized what was happening was absolutely priceless.

Nikki and James, you were such an incredible couple—your love truly stole the show that day!

And to all the vendors involved, hats off to you for making this one of the most unforgettable surprise weddings on the Gold Coast! 🍾
