There’s something really special about telling a couple’s story in a way that feels natural, heartfelt and true to them.

Sometimes a couple have already spent ten years together and most of the guests know their story by heart — but hearing it told with love, perspective and intention still hits differently. It reminds everyone why these two people chose each other in the first place.

Some weddings stay with you forever. 🤍

This week I had the absolute honour of standing beside a beautiful couple in the Palliative Care Unit at Robina Hospital as they married earlier than planned, after being told the bride’s mum may not make it to their June wedding.

Surrounded by their closest family, we created a deeply personal ceremony filled with love, laughter, tears and a special written tribute to the incredible woman who helped shape their story.

A heartfelt thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff at Robina Hospital who made such a tender moment possible with so much compassion and care. What you do matters more than words can say.

A reminder that sometimes love doesn’t wait for perfect timing… it simply shows up when it matters most. 🤍
