Wonderful summer fruits are on their way. Don’t hold back when making a salad 🥗. This one has new season mango, avocado 🥑 and a sprinkling of toasted walnuts for some crunch. A quick dressing of oil, balsamic, gluten free soy, dash of lime and a pinch of sugar and you’ve got a great vegan and gluten-free lunch!!

My Saturday team worked a beautiful buffet wedding for 80 guests at Country Paradise Park at Nerang. We were so excited when the bride came up for 2nds - that NEVER happens, they’re usually too stressed.

Just completing my 4th function for tonight. Catered 120 at lunch time. Got 2 fabulous teams at other events and I’m on this little lady - not gonna need a bigger boat tonight!
