Here’s a few tips so we can help you achieve finding the best costume and have the best experience:
The team will assist all customers with try on’s. All try on’s are over existing clothing. This is to keep all our costumes clean and fresh for sale. A suggestion to help you get the right fit, wear gym clothes or something that you can easily slip the costume over the top. We do not have fitting rooms but will do our very best to help you with the try on and get the right fit you need.
Our assortment of wigs are on display, so you can browse and choose the style and colour. When you are ready to try one on, find one of the team and they will fit the wig for you. Please don’t remove wigs from mannequin heads without assistance from our team.
All costumes are neatly packaged in bags and displayed so you can see sizes, prices and what’s included in the package. When you are ready to see the costume out of the bag or want a try on, please ask our team to assist you with this.
Ensure you stay dressed in store and observe our policy of “try on’s over the top of your clothes”.
We pride ourselves on giving the best customer experience to all customers during their visit. We also like to ensure wigs are at their best for try on’s and costumes are kept clean and fresh for immediate sale.
