I blink… and the babies I once held are suddenly stretching into their own little people.

Yesterday my middle child turned 11 and it hit me all over again how quickly time moves. Somewhere between school drop offs, packed lunches, bedtime stories and deep conversations… they grow.

I now have a 13 year old, an 11 year old and a 7 year old.
A teenager in the house! Big feelings. Big questions. Big hearts.

It’s bittersweet watching independence bloom while still wanting to freeze moments in time. It’s why I believe so deeply in pausing, connecting and being present with our children - not someday, but now.

Because one day we’ll blink again…
and these years will feel like a heartbeat.

It’s been a long pause… but we’re finally back. After taking time to rest, reflect and realign, we’re so excited to be returning in 2026 with something truly special.

November 2026 we invite mothers and daughters of all ages to come together for a beautiful, soul nourishing retreat. A space to reconnect, laugh, soften and simply be together again.
