Sometime things go according to plan 🥰
Sometimes they don’t. 🙄
Sometime my food looks good and taste good 😍Sometimes it just taste amazing lol 🤭

So the new Ramikins have just come out and you can get them for having a demo (ask me how 😝)

So new collection on Cookidoo! 📗

As soon as I saw the pate I knew I needed to try and OMG I am so glad I did.

I don’t do pepper so I left that out.
I also didn’t have double cream so sour cream it was!
Plus no red wine but did have Muscat wine (which I love for making Nova Scotia Salmon! )

Mistake 1
I am the only one in the house that eats Pate so I decided to put gladwrap in the Ramikins so I could pull them out and freeze for later.

Mistake 2
I rushed putting the jelly on!
I think the rushing. Plus I should have flattened pate so when I poured it on (yeah I poured it on rather then the back of the spoon with the pate not being flat the liquid was going everywhere )
So I think because of the glad wrap there was room for the liquid to go down the sides!

So when I got it out to eat no jelly on top!

There was a small amount on the bottom so I place it on top bahaha

Seriously though

The best Pate I’ve ever eaten! 🦋
