I wanted to save these photos for IWD yesterday.

Whenever nature disaster hits us, I feel a little lost with what feels aligned to post.

Whilst we don’t have power and don’t expect to for a few more days, I am truly feeling calmness. Recharging, spending the time reflecting.

In honour of this, of being a woman led business, a wife, a Mumma, with all of the changes around us I wanted to still show my face.

I have committed to a lot more personal and business growth this year. I will honour myself by showing up along the journeys with you. As I know how fortunate I am to have followers stay well after their wedding, invested in the journey and here to support.

If you’re having a harder time physically or mentally in this season, that is okay! My messages are open (whenever I can get reception or charge) community is strong and it is okay to ask for help.

Most importantly don’t forget to love yourself and fill your own cup too
